The Stanley Spencer Gallery has won the award in the category of 'Renovations and Extensions' and was commended in the 'Historic Environment/Conservation' category in the 2010 Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Design Awards Scheme.

• Renovations or Extensions. This includes small scale domestic extensions, adaption of redundant buildings and new shopfronts.
• Historic Environment/Conservation: this includes alterations, extensions or conversions to historic buildings, or a new building which has been designed to enhance the character and appearance of a Conservation Area or historic setting.
