BT Museum Consultancy

I am Benedetta Tiana, an independent museum consultant who lives and works in London. Milano is my base for European projects. 

My expertise is in interpretation and education plans, marketing and audience development strategies for museums and galleries, development and fundraising. I have 10 years' experience in the heritage sector, working with Event Communications on their Marketing and Interpretation team, as a consultant for libraries and archives in Milan, as Senior Interpretation Manager for Historic Royal Palaces. 

In 2007 I was selected to join the London committee of good causes lottery distributor Heritage Lottery Fund, with six other members of the committee, which has the power to make awards of £50,000 to £1 million. I am now running my own consultancy - and you are reading its blog!
