Royal London Asset Management purchased 20 Bow Street, formerly the offices of Covent Garden Estate Agents E. A. Shaw, with a view to obtaining a change of use from office to residential, as part of the Floral Street project Planning Application.
The Floral Street project achieved significant gains of office space which needed to be matched by the provision of residential units. 20 Bow Street is a listed building on the corner of Bow Street and Broad Court, built in the Queen Anne style. Although used as offices, the building was ideally suited to residential use, and after refurbishment provided 5 magnificent apartments, which were sold at top of market prices.
