Joshua Ricketts
Josh joined the team in 2019 with a diverse range of previous experience; from wayfinding and pedestrian flow analysis, to digital fabrication and workshop teaching. Since joining the practise he has returned to the University of Westminster to complete his MArch studies graduating with distinction in 2022, and has continued involvement with the university as both a guest critic and editor of Dialogues & Dreams, part of the university’s Studio as Book series. Throughout his studies, a keen interest has been developed in ecological restoration and “spaces for nature” within urban areas, which informed the his March Dissertation on “Rewilding London”. This has been supported by design work exploring ways in which existing carbon forms can be redeveloped and reused without large-scale demolition. Whilst at PRS, Josh has found himself working across a variety of new and heritage cultural and commercial projects including: The Hold in Suffolk, Peshawar Museum in Pakistan, a private house in Denmark, as well as commercial refurbishments for various Listed buildings within the City of London.
